PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having an improved cosmetic characteristic related to the easy entaglement of entangled hair, and the smoothness and flexibility of the hair. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by incorporating a cationic surfactant and an emulsion of a silicone polymer having 106-100x106 cP viscosity and obtained by an addition reaction of (a) a polysiloxane expressed by the following formula (I) [wherein, R1 is H or a group capable of reacting by a chain addition reaction such as an aliphatic group containing ethylenic unsaturation; R2 is an allyl, a cycloalkyl, an aryl, an alkylary l or hydroxyl and allowed to contain a functional group such as ether, amine, carboxyl, hydroxyl, thiol or the like; (n) is an integer so as to make the polysiloxane of the formula (I) have 1-1x106 mm2/s dynamic viscosity] with (b) a silicone compound containing a group capable of reacting with the R1 group in a medium permissible as a cosmetic.
