PURPOSE: A circuit for generating a reference clock, in which skew is removed, is provided to remove skew of a reference clock sent to an internal clock, which is permitted to the inside of a semiconductor device, and the outside. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for generating a reference clock, in which skew is removed, includes a receiving circuit(21), the first pad(PAD1), the second pad(PAD2) and an internal signal generating portion(27) etc. The receiving circuit(21) generates the receiving clock signal in response to the external clock signal. The first pad(PAD1) receives the receiving clock signal with the pad delaying time. The second pad(PAD2) sends the receiving clock signal with the pad delaying time. The internal signal generating portion(27) permits the signal received through the second pad(PAD2) and generates the internal clock signal. The first pad(PAD1) and the second pad(PAD2) are connected electrically on the outside of the reference clock generating circuit. |
