VULCANIZING METAL MOLD FOR TIRE WITH VENT GAP AND VENT GAP FORMING METHOD

PURPOSE: A vulcanizing metal mold and vent gap forming method form a vent gap on an implant part of a blade implanted to the metal mold to discharge air to improve tire quality. CONSTITUTION: A penetrating hole(31) is formed on an implanted part(30) of a blade(3). Synthetic resin coating layer(4) is applied to both side surfaces(32, 33) of the implanted part(30). The blade(3) is attached to the inner surface of a die(100) of a metal mold(200). The coating layer(4) applied to both side surfaces(32, 33) of the implanted part(30) of the blade(3) is melted by the heat of cast-iron injected to form a vent gap(5) as a metal mold(200) is manufactured by injecting cast-iron into the die(100).
