PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal material, particularly an aluminum material, meeting the market demand and used for a decorative material for an exterior and an interior material for residences, guide plates for furniture and roads, outer boards for small vessels and the like provided with good durability and weather resistance and also having its surface provided with patterns of superior design properties and not generating the environmental pollution in the case of being recycled. SOLUTION: A transfer film formed of a bonding layer, a color coat and a release film is pressurized by a first roller while being brought into contact with the surface of a preheated metal material, and then the release film is released and pressurized again by a second roller to transfer a transfer film on the metal material. A bonding agent is preliminarily applied on the transfer film formed of the bonding layer, the color coating and the release film and pressurized by the first roller while being brought into contact with the surface of the metal material, and then the release film is released and pressurized again by the second roller to transfer the transfer film on the metal material. An emboss metal material of high bonding properties is manufactured by the two-stage emboss pressing method in which the metal material is pressurized by respective pressurizing rollers and then embossed by respective emboss pressurizing rollers.
