PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply connect a building unit to a lower structural body such as a lower story building unit or a foundation. SOLUTION: A connecting bolt 51 fitted to the building unit 10 and a connecting bolt 51 fitted to the lower story structural body (lower story building unit 10A) are connected by a connecting tool 70 having a left female screw 72 and a right female screw 73 at both ends respectively to form a unit building.
