SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURITY OF FILE DELETION IN UNIX SERIES OS

PURPOSE: A system and a method for security of file deletion in a UNIX series OS are provided to record a history of file deletion in the UNIX series OS, inquire when the file is deleted or a person who deletes the file and recovers the deleted file by automatic backup of corresponding file. CONSTITUTION: A file deletion executing part(10) extracts user information of a user having inputted a command from a OS, records file deletion information in a file deletion information storage part(12) and moves file to be deleted to a deleted file storage part(11) in case a system user executes file deletion command. The deleted file storage part(11) stores file deleted by the file deletion executing part(10). The file deletion information storage part(12) stores user information of a user who want to delete the file and deleted file information. A deleted file recovery executing part(13) reads the file from the deleted file storage part(11) that backups the deleted file and recovers the file. A file deletion information inquiry executing part(14) reads information of the deleted file from the deleted file information storage part(12) and outputs the information.
