ANTENNA INSERT FUSING APPARATUS AND ANTENNA INSERT FUSING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An antenna insert fusing apparatus and an antenna insert fusing method using the same are provided to avoid damage to a product during insert fusion and reduce fusion processing time. CONSTITUTION: An antenna insert fusing apparatus comprises a rotating plate(12) on a table(10), a mounting part(14) on the rotating plate(12) for mounting a case of a handheld phone, a wireless phone or a walkie-talkie. The rotating plate(12) is rotated by an angle by a built-in driving motor. A feeder(16) is mounted on the table(10) to align and sequentially supply inserts. A shoot of a channel is coupled to the feeder(16) for guiding the supplied inserts. A cylinder is allocated at the end of the shoot for press-fitting the insert from the shoot into an insert inserting part(8) of the case(6). A heater(36) is mounted around the shoot for heating the shoot and the inserts in the shoot. I.e., the insert is guided and heated through the shoot.
