PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer composition for a wiper blade retaining its low-friction feature for a prolonged time period and a wiper blade made of the same. SOLUTION: The elastomer composition (1) for a wiper blade is characterized in that it is a composition in which an oligomer having a fluoralkyl group at one or both ends of its main chain of molecules is added to a base rubber material. The wiper blade (2), comprising a wiper blade holder and an elastomer for the wiper blade, is characterized in that the elastomer is the elastomer of (1) shaped and vulcanized into a wiper blade.
