DOUBLE PIPE FOR USE IN RUBBER SLEEVE EXPANSION

PURPOSE: A double pipe for use in rubber sleeve expansion is provided to prevent inner damage of the sleeve by expanding the diameter of the sleeve through a blow-off pressure of air. CONSTITUTION: A double pipe comprises a conical head portion(20) having a nut(55) fixed to the center of inner lower end of the conical head portion and an air hole(30) formed at the surface of the conical head portion; a main body(40) having a diameter same as the maximum diameter of the head portion and which is constituted by an outer pipe and an inner pipe and has air holes(30) formed at the surface of the main body so as to blow off air; the first nipple(25) arranged at the upper portion of the head portion so as to supply air into the head portion; the second nipple(45) mounted at the lower side surface of the main body so as to supply air to the main body; a flange(60) inserted into the lower end of the main body and which has a penetrating hole(65) at the center of the flange; and a coupling shaft(50) having screw threads formed at both ends of the coupling shaft and which connects the head portion, main body and the flange through a screw.
