PURPOSE: A very high frequency integrated frequency conversion receiving circuit is provided so that it is employed in a wireless mobile communication system such as PCS, WLL and IMT2000 for general uses. CONSTITUTION: A wide band low noise amplification unit(202) amplifies a high frequency input signal. A frequency mixing unit(204) detects an intermediate frequency signal having a relatively high linearity by mixing a local oscillation frequency signal and the amplified high frequency signal outputted from the wide band low noise amplification unit(202). An intermediate frequency amplification unit(205) amplifies the intermediate frequency signal outputted from the frequency mixing unit(204) for thereby outputting a final intermediate frequency signal. An input matching circuit(201) unit performs impedance matching of a high frequency signal in a frequency band of the wireless mobile communication system to the high frequency input signal of the wide band low noise amplification unit(202), and decides an operating frequency band of a frequency conversion receiver.
