<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device which are capable of efficiently removing HCL, dioxins and fly ash without any complicated structure or large scale units, which are capable of reducing the temperature of the waste gas discharging from a exhaust tower, and which can be used for an existing furnace and inexpensive in device cost. SOLUTION: The waste gas 1 discharged from an incinerator and containing high temperature fly ash is introduced into a quench cylinder 3 while keeping high temperature by a heat resistance cyclone 2. The influent gas is subjected oxidative decomposition, reactive adsorption and quenching at the quench cylinder 3 by the air and the reducing aqueous solution L sprayed from a plurality of chambers. Then the floating dioxins and the fly ash struck to a packed material or floating in a packed/washing chamber 6 are removed by the reducing aqueous solution L, and further removed by the reducing aqueous solution L sprayed from a plurality of venturi tubes at a washing chamber 8, and subjected to dehumidification and dust removal at a mist separator 9 and filter part 92 and diffused to the atmosphere from the evacuating tower.</p> |
