PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable longitudinally mounting a freezer along a front wall, to maximize a load capacity by mounting a side surface door for taking in/out freights from a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment equipped in a vehicle at the most outer side, and to integrally weld a door frame to the freezer/refrigerator body and enable attaching from a side part. SOLUTION: A freezer is longitudinally mounted along a front wall of a storage compartment of a van type truck, and cold air can be supplied into a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment divided from the freezer compartment by only one longitudinally mounted freezer. A door frame of a side surface door which can be opened/closed from a side part of the truck is integrally welded so as to be separated from the freezer and the refrigerator body. After installing the freezer and the refrigerator in the storage compartment, the door frame is mounted on a truck deck. An upward opening door for opening/closing in the truck storage compartment side is composed of one large sized door, and a gas spring is provided on the door, thereby enabling simultaneously opening/closing both of the freezer part and the refrigerator part.
