PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air pre-cleaner for an engine allowing smooth air flow inside and preventing a foreign matter from entering from the outside. SOLUTION: This air pre-cleaner includes an air suction pipe sucking the air from the outer atmosphere, an air duct part sending the suction air to an air filter arranged in the suction side of the engine, and a drain formed in the bottom of the air duct and discharging the foreign matter filtered by the dead weight. This pre-cleaner is so constituted that the air suction pipe and the air duct are integrally formed, the air suction pipe is separated into a first chamber and a second chamber by a streamlined partition, the drain is formed with a projection, and a drain valve is detachably attached to the projection.
