PURPOSE: A bio-feedback method according to the electro-encephalogram detection and its system are provided to reduce the portable system size and have a various feedback device. CONSTITUTION: The bio-feedback method according to the electro-encephalogram detection comprises an electrode(100) attached to the forehead for detecting the electro-encephalogram, an electro-encephalogram processing unit(110) to remove the noise and to identify the signals and for generating predefined signal, a feedback unit(120) to feedback the signal generated from the brain wave processing unit. The electro-encephalogram processing unit has an electro-encephalogram amplifier for amplifying the detected electro-encephalogram signal, and an electro-encephalogram signal processing unit. The electro-encephalogram signal processing unit comprises a digital filter for converting the electro-encephalogram into digital signal and for removing the noise, a sampling and averaging unit to remove the noise by sampling method, a spectrum analyzer for analyzing the signal without aliasing phenomenon, a spectrum power calculator for calculating the total power of the brain spectrum, an electro-encephalogram component calculator for calculating the ratio of the electro-encephalogram spectrum to the total power, and a feedback signal generator.
