PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chuck device for taking out a work, capable of automatically taking out a work from a fixture, and preventing the production of defective works by surely holding the work. SOLUTION: This chuck device 20 for taking out a work is composed of a chuck part 21 for sucking and holding a work 4, a chuck supporting part 22 for rotatably pivoting the chuck part 21, and an operating part 23 for operating the chuck part 21 in the direction to be close to and separated from the work 4.
