<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe domestic animal control system for automatizing registration and recognition treatment and preventing counterfeit and leakage of data although conventionally the muzzle patterns of domestic animals and owner information have been controlled by a registration ledger of paper base and the muzzle patterns of the domestic animals are manually collated with those of the registration ledger. SOLUTION: This domestic animal control system comprises a muzzle pattern sensor 1 for reading the muzzle patterns of domestic animals, a recognition apparatus having a registration muzzle pattern data preparation transmission program 14-2 for adding characteristic data to a registration muzzle pattern image, encoding the data as muzzle pattern data by an open key and sending the data to a registration apparatus 20 and a muzzle pattern recognition program 14-3 for collating the data of the muzzle pattern of domestic animal with the recognition data and recognizing owners and the registration apparatus 20 for subjecting the received registration muzzle pattern data to double sign by a secret key, confirming validity of the inputted owner information and domestic animal individual information, storing the registration muzzle pattern data as the corresponding individual data if the registration muzzle pattern data are not registered by others, preparing the recognition data, encoding the data by the secrete key and delivering the data to the recognition apparatus.</p> |
