PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject resin composition intended to form a transfer layer easily releasable at any time within a given period from the base film or protective film for a transfer sheet, and to provide respective methods for producing such a transfer sheet and a decorative laminated sheet each using the above resin composition. SOLUTION: This radiation-curable resin composition for transfer sheets is characterized by comprising a radiation-curable resin and a cellulose derivative. The 2nd objective transfer sheet is such that a transfer layer comprising the above resin composition is formed on a base film. The 3rd objective method for producing such a transfer sheet comprises applying a coating comprising the above resin composition to a base film followed by drying the coating film to form a transfer layer. The 4th objective method for producing a decorative laminated sheet comprises the following steps: (1) the surface of the transfer layer on a transfer sheet as described above is laminated on a substrate, (2) the base film side is irradiated with radiation, and (3) the base film is released.
