PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve such a problem that there is the possibility that a deviation is generated between the stop position of a reel, which is judged by a microcomputer, and a position where the reel is really stopped when a stepping motor becomes out of order, and especially when the reel is stopped within one revolution in an auxiliary reel which is not restricted by a rotary direction or a rotary speed. SOLUTION: A reel unit 60 is provided with multiple tooth parts 85 in a reel body in a circular shape and sensors 93 and 95 for detecting the respective tooth parts 85 when the reel body 71 is rotated.
