PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively clean a waste liquid of dialysis discharged out of patient monitors. SOLUTION: A system of cleaning the waste liquid of dialysis discharged out of the patient monitors 3 which perform hemodialysis has an ozonized water producing part 6 for producing an ozonized water and a contact accelerating part 4 into which the waste liquid of dialysis discharged out of the patient monitors 3 and the ozone water produced by the ozone water producing part 6 are made to flow and which makes contact between the waste liquid of dialysis and the ozone water in a short time and with efficiency. By bringing the waste liquid of dialysis and the ozone water into contact with each other in a short time and with efficiency, organic substances such as glucose and protein contained in the waste liquid of dialysis are broken down by ozone and pollution of rivers and a bad smell which may be caused by the waste liquid discharged out of the contact accelerating part 4 is reduced or prevented.
