PURPOSE: Provided is a note cover which is removable and can be used as a division ruler or a figure ruler. CONSTITUTION: The note cover consists of: i) a square plate(1); ii) various kinds of figures pierced in the plate(1); iii) a division ruler formed at the end part of the plate(1); and iv) a plurality of spring holes that have the same number as springs and are formed with slits toward the end part of the plate(1).
