PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing boat expectable to improve the fish catch without necessitating live bait. SOLUTION: A water-spraying means 10 to spray seawater backward is attached to the stern of a boat 2. Fishing tackles 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, 20e, 20f, 20g, 20h, 20i each having a luring hook 26 are attached to a tip end of a fishing line 21 extending backward from the boat 2 in fishing. The boat 2 is cruised following the movement of migratory fish school such as bonito while spraying seawater with the spraying means 10. The migratory fish such as bonito is excited by the spraying water noise and bites at the luring hook 26.
