PURPOSE: A wooden door and the manufacturing method are provided to reduce the manufacturing costs of a door material and a door board and to improve external appearance. CONSTITUTION: A wooden door comprising a door material(5) formed in a rectangular frame and a door board(15) fixed to the inside of the door material. The door material comprises a door core(6) composed by installing the remnants of square bars and an exterior board(8) attached to the outer surface of the door core and made of synthetic wood. The door board comprises a pair of outer boards(20) made with synthetic wood, a latticed stiffener(24) arranged between outer boards and finishing materials(22) attached between the outer boards on the outer circumferential face of the stiffener.
