PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamp device capable of suppressing occurrence of a stamping fault by communicating whether the stamping on a card s suitably completed or not by a stamp to a user. SOLUTION: When a push-down part 101 is pushed down to a predetermined position (first position), a stamp 31 is pushed by an oscillating push-down member 109 through an oscillating part 50 to stamp an identifying display on a card C, and when the part 101 is further pushed down from the predetermined position (first position), the front end of the end 109a of the member 109 is contacted with a protrusion 80.
