PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet recording head capable of preventing generation of crosstalk as well as capable of preventing clogging of a nozzle. SOLUTION: An ink-jet recording head 10, comprising an ink ejection opening 12, a nozzle plate 14 with the ink ejection opening 12, a sealing liquid 22a for sealing the ink ejection opening 12, an ink ejection means 16 for ejecting an ink from the ink ejection opening 12 according to an image signal, and a partition member 20 for partitioning the sealing liquid 22a in the vicinity of the ink ejection opening 12 with respect to a sealing liquid 22b in the other part, wherein the partition member 20 is laminated on the nozzle plate 14 in the state with a plurality of thin films formed in a predetermined shape, bonded with each other, is provided.
