PURPOSE: Titled resin needle capable of supplying blood and a transfusion into a blood vessel in a state where a metal needle is built in a circular tube without eliminating the metal needle after a resin needle is sticked into the skin is provided, which has an effect on preventing the infiltration of bacteria during using metal needles and the infection with AIDS virus or HIV generated by a skin wound of a person in charge by a metal needle after injection. CONSTITUTION: In a disposable vein resin needle for injecting blood and a transfusion into a blood vessel, the resin needle comprises a circular tube(11) formed by a resin tube(12) at one side and a transfusion string-connecting part(13) at another side; a shaft(20) installed at the inside of the circular tube to be movable; a handle(21) for rotating the shaft at the outside of the circular tube; and a metal needle(18) inserted into the resin needle and fixed to the shaft at its one side.
