PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is to simplify an assembly process of a lamp unit and reduce a weight thereof, thereby improving a productivity and reducing a lamp exchanging time. CONSTITUTION: A mold frame(110) has housings(113,115). A reflective plate(120) is disposed at the base of the housings and has a plurality of connection units spaced apart by a predetermined distance at one edge and the other edge thereof. A lamp unit(140) includes a plurality of lamps, a plurality of holder units and wires. The lamps spaced apart from each other are formed along the reflective plate on the top face of the reflective plate. The lamps have electrodes at one end and the other end. The holder units which are connected to the connection units hold the lamps to the top face of the reflective plate. A power voltage is supplied to the lamp through the wires. A diffusion plate(160) disposed on the top face of the lamps diffuses the light radiated from the lamps. An LCD panel(180) for displaying information is disposed on the top face of the diffusion plate. |
