PURPOSE: A portable data storage and reproduction apparatus using wireless network is provided to overcome a data storage limit and to hold a data stored in a different method in common by realizing the function of data storage, deletion, generation, alteration in a portable storage apparatus using wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A storage part includes RF(radio frequency) transmitter and receiver for wireless communication, a magnetic optical disk(109) for data storage or non volatility memory(104). A USB(universal serial bus) input output port is for a wire communication. A micro controller(100) executes user certificate, data compression, coding, and equipment control. A power source part(103) is rechargeable to be used as portable. An LCD/LED indicator(102) a magnetic optical disk or non volatility memory displays the state of equipment operation in a storage apparatus to practice a function of a data storage and regeneration on the network.
