PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine stationary blade for reducing manufacturing cost by improving performance of a turbine stage, since the performance of the turbine stage, and the manufacturing cost increases due to reduction of work accuracy of the shape and the surface of the stationary blade, in a moisture-separating mechanism of the steam turbine using a hollow stationary blade. SOLUTION: In this steam turbine moisture separating mechanism provided with a circumferential slit for discharging moisture to a low-pressure part a condenser on a downstream side of an external wheel, the stationary blade is formed as a solid shape, a groove is disposed on the surface of the stationary blade, and liquid drops are discharged by way of the slit of the outer wheel of one end of the groove.
