PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mudguard with a reinforcing member prevented from deforming. SOLUTION: This mudguard has the superposed structure of a flat reinforcing member 2 and a mudguard body 3, and a bent part 7 is formed on the periphery of the mudguard body 3 and buried in the mudguard body 3, whereby the connecting strength of the both is increased. In the molding of the mudguard body 3, the reinforcing member 2 is allowed to abut on the mold surface, whereby the mudguard body is never deformed even if it receives the injection pressure. Therefore, the weight of the reinforcing member can be reduced.
