PURPOSE: A multifunctional composite terminal is provided to embody a single terminal by combining a mobile communication network wireless module and a radio paging network wireless module. CONSTITUTION: A radio paging receiver part(100) is comprised of a radio connection part(104) and a decoder part(102). The radio access part(104) receives radio paging signals transmitted through a radio paging network and converts them into signals suitable for internal processing. The decoder part(102) extracts code information from radio paging information outputted from the radio access part(104), converts this code information into data and transmits the data to a terminal control part(120). A mobile communication transceiver part(110) contains a radio access part(112), a receiving control part(114) and a transmitting control part(116). The radio access part(112), maintaining a connection state with the nearest base station through a radio channel, receives signals transmitted through a mobile communication network. The receiving control part(114) executes the decoding of the received signals. The transmitting control part(116) executes the coding of signals to be transmitted. The terminal control part(120) is comprised of a data storage part(122), a voice storage part(128), a voice processing part(126), and a central control part(124). The central control part(124) controls the data received through the decoder part(102) or the receiving control part(114) so as to be stored in the data storage part according their types. The central control part(114) controls the received data so as to be displayed on a color LCD(132).
