PURPOSE:To efficiently generate teaching data to a mounting part inspection device without requiring manual operation and to modify the teaching data without possessing the mounting part inspection device. CONSTITUTION:In ST1, the mounting position, mounting direction and part type of a mounting part on a base board are obtained from CAM data, and the position and shape of a land are obtained from a CAD data. In ST2, as to these external data, referencing to a conversion table, a library name corresponding to the part type is obtained, inspection information (library data) is assigned and synthesized. After executing the similar procedures for all the mounting parts, the presence or absence of adjacent parts by utilizing the data obtained in STs 1 and 2 is discriminated and the setting or deletion of a window for a bridge inspection is performed in ST5, and the calculation of a fillet angle and the modification of an area extraction threshold within the window and inspection criteria are conducted in ST6. The same procedures are executed for all the mounting parts. |
