A computer network based permissive communication system that is particularly suited for creation, storage, and distribution of advertising communication is disclosed. The system provides resources for creating advertisements that include images, video, and audio content. The system displays the advertisements to recipients in the form created by an advertiser. The system stores characterizing information in one or more topics, referred to as dimensions, that identify an advertisement. A recipient can request advertisements by specifying criteria within one or more Dimensions. The system stores a record of access of advertisement by recipients and provides reports of recipients' access to advertisements that do not identify the recipients. |
