PURPOSE: A band pass wave filter of super high frequency by using a TEM mode dielectric coaxial resonator of connecting micro strip pattern is provided to reduce prices of manufacturing in manufacturing a wave filter of many steps by simplifying the form of the wave filter. CONSTITUTION: A band pass wave filter of super high frequency by using a TEM mode dielectric coaxial resonator of connecting micro strip pattern includes TEM mode dielectric coaxial resonators(1, 2, 3) without connecting windows, micro strip patterns(5, 6) formed on the board(4) for making connection among each resonator(1, 2, 3) and an insulator(7) between resonators(1, 2, 3) and micro strip patterns(5, 6) and input/output electrodes(8, 9) for being connecting with an outer circuit. An equivalent circuit includes resonators(1, 2, 3) and inverters(10, 11, 12, 13) for making connection between the resonators(1, 2, 3) and the in/output electrodes(8, 9). |
