Valve comprises central body (1) with ceramic flat member (8) which controls liquid flowrate. Flat member is actuated by external motor that rotates axis (10) driving flat member. Flat member has aperture (15), and can slide between two fixed rings (16, 17) Rings also have apertures (18, 19) that can coincide with aperture of flat member so as to regulate opening and closing.
