DIAGNOSIS KIT FOR HEMORRHAGIC FEVER WITH RENAL SYNDROME OR HANTAVIRUS PULMONARY SYNDROME

PURPOSE: Provided is a diagnosis kit for hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) or hantavirus pulmonary syndrome using an antigen expressed in E.coli through genetic recombinant, to which immunochromatography is applied, thereby diagnosing disease simply and quickly. CONSTITUTION: The diagnosis kit for hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) or hantavirus pulmonary syndrome is composed of followings: (1) top and bottom pads for absorbing serum or blood plasma on nitrocellulose membrane; (2) a nucleocapside protein line of hantavirus expressed in E.coli and control protein line inserted between the pads; (3) a colloidal gold conjugate as a color developer, with which the space between the line and bottom pad is covered; and (4) E.coli extract wherein the nucleocapside protein of hantavirus is not expressed, with which the bottom pad is covered.
