The invention relates to a polymer-based film preparation, for biphasic release of substances contained therein, into a liquid environment. Said film preparation is characterised in that it comprises at least two polymer matrix layers, which differ in the polymer composition thereof, whereby the release from one layer occurs rapidly and the release from at least one further layer occurs slowly.
