<p>Cpds. of general formual (I) where n is 1, 2 or 3; R1-R5 = H, halogen, aralkyl, alkenyl, alkoxy, aralkoxy, phenyl or acetalised formyl; Y = -O, or -S; at least one of R1-R5 is different from H, halogen or alkoxy. Prefd. cpds. (I) have formula where R6 = H, halogen, alkoxy, phenyl or acetalised formyl; R7 = H, alkenyl, aralkyl, phenyl or aralkoxy, at least one of R6 and R7 is not H, halogen or alkoxy. (I) may be used against harmful plants or insects such as mono- or dicotyledon weeds, insects of the class Arachnoida, nematodes, micro-organisms esp. phytopathogenous bacteria, moulds, gastropodes, algae etc. They are esp. active against members of the order Acarina.</p> |
