摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative powder and grain feeder for mixing and supplying powder more precisely by means of a simple structure. SOLUTION: A measuring and mixing device 1 is constructed of a plurality of feeding hoppers 4, a measuring hopper 13 and a mixing unit 12, and powder and grain fed into the measuring hopper 13 from each of the feeding hoppers 4 is sequentially measured to be mixed together into a mixture of a predetermined mixing ratio in the measuring hopper 13. Then, the mixture is handled as one batch, and every batch is fed to the mixing unit 12. In the mixing unit 12, the fed powder and grain is accumulated, and then, a fixed quantity of the powder and grain is supplied to a processing device 22 on the outside. In this way, a measurement error per a batch in the measuring hopper 13 is averaged by the number of batches accumulated in the mixing unit 12, so that the measurement error can be lowered.
