摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular controller with a clutch mechanism capable of enlarging an operating region of the clutch mechanism during decelerating a vehicle, while suitably avoiding deterioration of drivability. SOLUTION: In an ECU 31 for a transmission, a lock-up clutch mechanism 12 for connecting/disconnecting an engine 10 and a continuously variable transmission 14 is operated during decelerating a vehicle, its operation is released when speed underruns prescribed lock-up releasing speed, and thereby, disorder feeling generated by deceleration/acceleration is avoided. However, when it is judged that the direction of the vehicle is turned, during decelerating the vehicle by a handle rudder or a winker lighting time, lock-up releasing speed is reduced, and the operating region of the lock-up clutch mechanism 12 is enlarged.</p>
