PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal facing plate superior in noise insulation or superior in noise insulation and hard to dew. SOLUTION: The metal facing plate 10 has a damping sheet 12 laminated on the reverse of a bent metal plate so as to cover its whole surface, the damping sheet 12 being bonded to the reverse of the bent metal plate 11 while leaving part of a space to the bent metal plate 11, the bonding area of the damping sheet 12 being 50-90% of the area of the damping sheet 12. Otherwise, the metal facing plate has the damping sheet laminated on and bonded to part of the reverse of the bent metal plate, the area of the damping sheet being 5-80% of the area of the bent metal plate, and a resin foamed sheet laminated on and bonded to the reverse of the bent metal plate containing the damping sheet so as to cover its whole surface.
