PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a sound generation source, such as a high-performance electronic circuit, a cellular phone, and a compute, an injector of ink for printers, or the amount-of-dynamics/electrical signal converter, such as pressure and acceleration by using an anisotropic piezoelectric plate. SOLUTION: On an oriented perovskite type oxide piezoelectric plate with ferroelectricity, a conductive film is provided at both sides where a plate surface is counterposed, and at the same time an anisorpic piezoelectric plate, where a spontaneous polarization direction 7 of a thin plate is not the same as in an external electric field application direction 8 is provided. |
