PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a multi-layer plastic container which eliminates exposure of a barrier resin intermediate layer to the inside and the outside of the container in an effective manner and minimizes the presence of a broken-off part of the barrier resin intermediate layer or a container constituent member, when the multi-layer plastic container or a container constituent member is manufactured using a multi-layer parison. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a plastic container or a container constituent member is characterized in that the container or the member is molded using a composite parison obtained by fusion-bonding a doughnut-or a disc-shaped end member with almost the same diameter as a cylindrical parison to at least one of the end parts of the cylindrical parison having a barrier resin intermediate layer which is exposed on the cut edge.
