PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To irradiate both surfaces of a filter member with UV rays. SOLUTION: A UV lamp 5 is arranged through approximately the central part of an upper limit part 4e and lower limit part 4f of planes 4c and 4d of the filter member 4 with photocatalysts and in approximately the central part in the transverse direction of the filter. As a result, the both surfaces 4c and 4d of the filter member 4 with the photocatalysts may be irradiated with the UV rays by one piece of the UV lamp 5.
