PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a tacky adhesive sheet for body warmers which allows dealing with differences in material, knitting, or the like, with one kind of the body warmers, exhibits good adhesive force even in readhesion by resticking, does not therefore require the assortment of a wide variety and diversified kinds of the body warmers corresponding to the differences in material, knitting, or the like, and allows the formation of the throw-away body warmers not requiring the selective use by each of the body warmers. SOLUTION: This tacky adhesive sheet for body warmers is a tacky adhesive sheet used for formation of the throw-away body warmers and is formed by having >=2 layers of tacky adhesive layers (21, 22 and 23) laminated in a thickness direction on one surface of a sheet base material (1) and separating these tacky adhesive layer via separators (31 and 32). A housing bag is formed by adhering the tacky adhesive sheet for body warmers temporally covered with the tacky adhesive layers by the separators and the air permeable base material to a bag form. This throw-away body warmer is formed by housing an air permeable exothermic composition within such housing bag. Accordingly, many stages of the tacky adhesive layers may be made to share their roles by the selective use of the respective tacky adhesive layers and the selection of the tacky adhesive surfaces by a block calender system via the separators is made possible.
