PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry electrophotographic toner excellent in color reproducibility and fixing characteristics, having stability to amine compounds and biochemical safety, excellent in environmental stability and giving a copied and fixed image free from peeling and transfer to a polyvinyl chloride resin sheet. SOLUTION: The dry electrophotographic toner consists essentially of a colorant and a resin binder comprising an end-inert polyol resin (I) having an epoxy resin part and an alkylene oxide part in the principal chain and an end-inert polyol resin (II) having an esterified secondary hydroxyl group.
