摘要 PURPOSE: A register file having a multiple read/write and bypass path is provided to reduce power consumption in case that a high-speed register file is implemented by simply consisting of a CMOS(Complementary metal oxide semiconductor) logic circuit, and by performing the operation without driving word lines of an SRAM(Static random access memory) and sensing bit lines. CONSTITUTION: An input selector receives a plurality of data input signal and responds to the first control signal. In addition, the input selector selectively outputs one among the data input signals. A storing unit stores the data input signals outputted from the input selector in response to clock signals in case that a writing operation of a register file is performed. In addition, the storing unit outputs the data input signals stored in case that a reading operation of the register file is performed. An output signal outputs the data input signals outputted from the input selector in response to the second control signal in case that a bypass operation of the register file is performed.
