PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide beverage or food enhanced in resistance to oxidation by using an extract from a natural product and having further enhanced antioxidative performance and immune-improving function. SOLUTION: This antioxidative and immune-improving beverage contains, as a raw material, a natural antioxidative raw material characterized by including at least juice and/or puree of Crataegus cuneata fruit and further including either one or more kinds of extracts among tea leaf extract, herb extract and spice extract. In the antioxidative and immune-improving beverage, juice and/or puree of Crataegus cuneata fruit has each >=100 unit/ml antioxidative property based on superoxide active value by ESR, and tea leaf extract, herb extract and spice extract have each >=20,000 unit/ml antioxidative property based on superoxide active value by ESR. |
