PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fully automatic washing machine and a fully automatic washing and drying machine having good performance. SOLUTION: This fully automatic washing machine (fully automatic washing and drying machine) includes an outer frame, an outer drum suspended and supported in the outer frame, a washing and dewatering drum (basket) rotatably disposed in the outer drum, a pulsator rotatably disposed in the washing and dewatering drum (basket), a motor for driving the washing and dewatering drum (basket) and the pulsator to be rotated, and a speed reducer for decelerating the rotation of the motor.
