PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the durability and the reliability of a heater in an endless belt heating system and a pressurizing rotating body driving system by eliminating an endless belt breakdown trouble due to bending distortion of an endless belt between the vicinity of the end part of a pressurizing rotating body, which nipps an endless belt 10 between an endless belt internal member 16 and the rotating body itself to form a nip part N, and a part, to which an endless bent holding member 23a is to be fitted, of the endless belt internal member 16. SOLUTION: A center 16X in the axial direction of a part, to which an endless belt holding member 23a is to be fitted, of an endless belt internal member 16 and a center 16Y in the axial direction of the other part are made to not coincide with each other so that an endless belt internal member surface part 16c which catches an endless belt 10 between a pressurizing rotating body 30 and the part 16c itself to form a nip part N and an endless belt holding surface part of the endless belt holding member 23a on an extension of the nip part may be approximately leveled with each other to practically eliminate a step.
