PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize data synchronization between arbitrary equipment including equipment whose input and display device such as a watch is limited without assuming any specific server in a network in which constituting equipment is dynamically changed. SOLUTION: In an equipment registration step, a certificate and priority is transmitted from equipment designated as a master M by a user to equipment S to be registered as a slave by the user. The certificate indicates that the equipment which receives the certificate is belonging to the same data synchronization processing group (data synchronizing network) as the master M. The priority is used when the equipment which receives the priority operates data synchronization processing, and it is also used for solving data contention. In a data synchronizing step, it is confirmed that the equipment is members constituting the data synchronizing network, and then the data synchronization processing is operated between the plurality of arbitrary members.
